A Complete Guide To The Chakras Of Our Body

As we already know that the whole universe is made of energy, and so is our body. There are seven chakras in our body that play an important role in balancing the energies and the healthy state of our body.

  • Long before the advancement of technology and modern science, Ayurveda predicted that all living things had a life force within them. They called these centres of energy Chakras , where energy exchange takes place.
It is said, the blockage in the spin or malfunctioning of these chakras can lead to physical, psychological and emotional abnormalities. On the other hand the conscious awareness and the balancing of these energy centers is believed to lead to the well-being and good health of our body. That is why we do yoga and meditation, to balance these centres of energy.
